'Lawnswod' is a Victorian built house. The guest house comprises of 6 en suite rooms varying from singles doubles and twins. All rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Every room has a TVDVD hairdryercomplementary teas and coffee. We also have WIFi connection. The guest house is fully centrally heated. We have parking to the rear as well as free on road parking. Breakfasts and evening meals are served in our dining area which catches the sun all day long.

Directions to Lawnswood
Enter torquay on the main Newton Abbott road (A380)As you enter Torquay and start passing all the major retailers(Riveria way) make sure you stay in the left hand lane and follow signs for Paington and sea front.You will pass a few traffic lights and then on your right hand side you will see Halfords and a large amount of blue storage vechiles make sure you turm right here (Avenue road) and follow signs for sea front. (3-4 mins for sea front)Turn left at sea front and left again into Belgrave road.Go along Belgrave road and take first right approx 400 meteres into Scarborough road.we are 50 metres on left.Call us if you are unsure and we will direct you.
