Directions to The Patricia
Leave the M5 at Junction 31 and join the A380.Follow the signs to Torquay through Newton Abbot and Kingkerswell.At the Torquay seafront turn left at the traffic lights and again at Torre Abbey Sands. Take first left into Belgrave Road - the Patricia is approx 600 yards on your left just after the junction. The railway and coach stations are also both close by.
